| Q. How do I talk to a person? |
|
A. During office hours
(Monday-Friday 9am-9pm EST and Saturday 10am-5pm EST) please call our
offices 416-848-0964 (Toronto), 905-570-9999 (Hamilton) or toll free at 800-665-4981. |
| Q. What are all the numbers? |
|
A. Each number represents
the lowest applicable package price (including all taxes and sur-charges)
for the destination during the applicable date range. A package includes
round trip flights from Toronto, transfers and hotel accommodation. You can
change the departure gateway to see prices from other cities across Canada. |
| Q. What is a duration? |
|
A. The duration is the
length of your holiday. There are three choices; less than a week, 6-8
days (one week) and more than a week. Most short duration holidays are
either 3 or 4 days and severely limit the number of destination choices.
Six and eight night holidays are unusual, most commonly they appear at
the end of the winter season (April/May) and offer substantial savings. |
| Q. What is a meal plan? |
|
A. A meal plan is the broad
definition of hotel inclusions in addition to the accomodation. All-inclusive
hotels offer all meals and drinks. The all meals included option includes
all-inclusive hotels and hotels that include all meals. Each hotel has
different alchoholic beverages and activity inclusions, the best place
to find out exactly what is included is in the package description. No
meals means the hotel charges extra for meals, drinks and activities.
Some meals included restricts the number of choices significantly and
would include breakfast only options. |
| Q. What are the star ratings? |
|
A. We have assigned a single
star rating for each hotel property. The ratings are relative to other
hotels in the same destination. A 4 star hotel in Cuba is not the same
as a 4 star in Bermuda. Different living standards apply to different
destinations. |
| Q. How do I see prices for specific dates? |
|
A. You will start with the lowest price
for your selection criteria underneath the departure month. If you want to leave in November,
click on November, and you will see that it breaks out into departure weekends in November.
Departures from Wednesday until Tuesday have been grouped
together, as people generally think in terms of taking holidays starting on
weekends. Click on a weekend, and you will see days of the week in columns, and
prices for each day within that weekend. |
| Q. How do I request availability online? |
|
A. You can request availability for a specific
departure date, duration, and hotel. You need to have clicked on a hotel name, after clicking
through a destination or city. You will see a listing of departure dates and prices for a specific
hotel. Click on the red arrow for the package you want, and it will show the package details screen.
From here, you will see a red "click here" button that will open up a request form. You'll be
contacted by one of our agents once we have actioned your request. |
| Q. Why are some options greyed out? |
|
A. If an option is greyed
out, there is nothing available for that choice. You can only make
changes or choices if they are possible, so we avoid telling you No
Match Found. |
