Your tickets will be couriered to you free of charge anywhere in North America, when you buy a package holiday or cruise from us. If you live overseas, we will arrange the least expensive courier we can find, and bill you at cost. If you book close to departure, tickets are often "Airport Pickup" as arranged by the applicable travel supplier. This occurs when tour operators and cruise lines do not send us the tickets. After twelve years in business, we have not had one incident where tickets arranged for "Airport Pickup" was not available. Bottom line, if the supplier makes tickets airport pickup, there is no difference in dealing with us in person, on the phone, or on the web! Our first attempt is to issue electronic tickets for any Air only purchases you make, but failing that, a courier cost will apply when paper tickets are necessary.
Before sending tickets out, a fresh set of eyes reviews your tickets against the booking information for a quality assurance double check. We normally receive tickets from suppliers approximately two weeks prior to departure. After our quality assurance process is complete, they will be couriered to you forthwith.
