Single Parents travelling with children, or married parents travelling alone with children, should be advised that many countries require a notarized consent form signed by the other parent. In particular, Mexico has this requirement. Failure to have the appropriate documentation may result in denied boarding by the airline, or refusal of entry by local officials.
