American Citizens are warned that the US Trade Embargo with Cuba prohibits travel by US Citizens to Cuba, except
for express purposes under legislation. American citizens are not prohibited to visit Cuba by the Cuban
Government nor any Canadian Government official when departing from Canada. American citizens are, however,
subject to fines and imprisonment by the US Government for violation of this Act. Tripcentral.ca, Travel
Superstore Inc., Travelneeds Inc., will not be held responsible for violation of US Law with respect to travel to
Cuba. American citizens violating this Act do so at their own discretion, and accept full responsibility for
their actions.
