- QE2 is a greyhound of the cruise industry - still the fastest cruise ship in the world, as well as the world's most integrated ocean liner. In contrast to so many ships where formal dress has all but disappeared, the dress code is mostly formal. Over the years, QE2 has undergone a number of extensive multi-million dollar interior refurbishments. The decor is now more reminiscent of the ocean liners of yesteryear.
- There are five principal full-service restaurants and two informal dining spots. The menus are varied, creative and well balanced, and include spa/light/healthy-eating items.
- Independent ratings average a bit higher than a Superior rating.
